How do I know if my online paint order went through?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive email updates as your order is processed and shipped.
Can I change or cancel my paint order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@paintgarden.com and call us as well. We process orders quickly, so requests are time sensitive. Once an order has shipped or has been tinted (custom paint mixed), it can no longer be modified or canceled.
How long does paint shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. Delivery times vary based on your location once shipped.
What is your paint return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, untinted products in sellable condition. Please review our full return policy for complete details.
How do I return a paint order?
Please contact us at customerservice@paintgarden.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for next steps.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do your paint products come with a warranty?
Benjamin Moore offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on select premium products (like Aura® and Element Guard® exterior paints) that covers blistering, peeling, and wear down to the previously painted surface.
Our products do not include a formal warranty, but we always make things right if there’s a defect
